Entrusted by the science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province, Jiaxing Science and Technology Bureau organized experts from Zhejiang University, Zhejiang industrial and Commercial University, Zhejiang Academy of inspection and Quarantine Science and technology, Shanghai Institute of Applied Technology and Jiaxing University to preside over the project acceptance and appraisal meeting in Jiaxing on December 31, 2010. Jiaxing inspection and Quarantine Bureau presided over a general industrial project of the Provincial Department of science and technology, "Research on biological detection technology for banned azo dyes in textiles and leather" (Plan No.: 2009c31014), which successfully passed the acceptance and appraisal
China is a major producer and exporter of textiles and leather products in the world, and plays an important role in the international market. In 1994, Germany promulgated the second amendment to the food and consumer goods act, which launched the detection of banned azo dyes. At present, the detection methods and standards of banned azo dyes at home and abroad mainly include national standards, German standards, European Union standards and international standards. All these standard methods are basically similar, using conventional instrumental analysis methods. These methods have great shortcomings: first, the pretreatment is complex and the work intensity is high; Second, it consumes a lot of chemical reagents, which not only costs high, but also pollutes the environment; Third, the analysis and detection speed is slow; Fourth, the required instruments and equipment are expensive, and the maintenance and repair costs are also very high. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a simple, low-cost, green, fast and convenient new detection method
the general industrial project "Research on biological detection technology of banned azo dyes in textiles and leather" of the Provincial Department of science and technology, jointly undertaken by Jiaxing inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute and Jiaxing Center Applied Chemistry sub center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has made a groundbreaking exploration on the above problems. Taking one of the aromatic amines as an example, after a series of work, such as the modification and synthesis of hapten, the synthesis of whole antigen, the preparation and purification of wedge loading experiment of antibody bolts, etc., the kit of the aromatic amine was successfully developed. The pendulum had obstacles in the lifting process. The immunoassay method was creatively introduced into the detection of banned azo dyes in textiles and leather, and good results were achieved. The project has passed the acceptance and appraisal, filling the international gap in this field
the project passed the acceptance and identification, which laid the foundation for the next step to develop a kit that can test all aromatic amines. Once it is successful, the detection of banned azo dyes in textiles and leather will usher in a revolution. The original complex pretreatment, a large number of chemical reagents, expensive instruments and 90% high gloss devices will be required. The long-term analysis will be replaced by simple pretreatment, a small amount of buffer, and the ordinary 96 hole plate of Li Chaoxia, deputy director of Yuncheng Hejin industrial and mining blending office, which will greatly shorten the analysis time
